Making a Difference Video Pitches

U of S Canada 150 ProjectResearch makes society better.  For Canada’s 150th birthday, we're celebrating our research and the impact it has for Canada and the world with the “Making a Difference” Video Competition, part of the Images of Research Photography and Imaging Competition.

In this inaugural competition, 12 U of S researchers submitted video pitches.  One entry was chosen as the winner by a multidisciplinary jury on the basis of aesthetic and captivating quality, creativity, and degree to which the video showcases the entrant's research and its importance for Canada.  And a Viewer's choice prize was awarded for highest votes and engagement!

Thanks to everyone who submitted and to everyone who voted!
