Bidushy Sadika recognized her love for research early on and is now working towards a career where she can pursue research professionally. She is currently employed as a Research Assistant in the Saskatchewan Equity, Equality, and Diversity (SEED) Laboratory where she is involved in examining macro- and micro-aggressions towards sexual and gender minorities.
